WR888, BOQ should be at least $12. Take a lot at its metrics on a fundamental basis: 6.59% dividend yield, P/E of 13.3, increased geographical isolation, better broker and intermediary channels than the majors.
Then u look at the T/A which does not match the F/A at all except for the Jan and March periods each year. It still is in a rising wedge but the top of it should have been rocked and blown off by now.
