Our Lease for Canegrass expires at Kinks 2/5/2019 and Fold Nose...

Our Lease for Canegrass expires at Kinks 2/5/2019 and Fold Nose 28/7/2019. Went to Mines Department yesterday to enquire about Canegrass and it is on the Mines Department computer as a separate entity, called 'Flinders Canegrass Pty Ltd.' Not sure about the implication of this if any.
Interesting information: Kinks has to have $70,000 spent on it by Flinders Mine/year and Fold Nose $50,000.00/year in order to keep the Lease and as soon as the date expires the Leases are given to 'first in time' with money and paper application filled. I enquired about the 'significant intercept' RC282-01 but Mines Department not able to reveal results.
