Hi @patprice, I would not think anyone is doing a report on valuation. The T/O Panel does not care about valuations, just the laws surrounding takeovers. Not sure why people keep talking about this supposed valuation as that will only come when a takeover is actually made and the Directors get one for the benefit of shareholders.
