Lively – Destra are only 1 year into a 3 year strategy from turning the business into a pure media play. They will not be taken over at the 65-75 cent mark which IMO will only be a reflection on 07-08 earnings once Magna and further acquisition are complete! If someone wants to take control then they have to pay up based on 08-09 earnings which will mean $1+. Dom will not be sold short having spent most of his working life building this company from scratch for the sake of 1 year.
