I appreciate what you guys are saying but why am not convinced that DES needs or wants all of QFX?. QFX is old world business that may grow in the short to medium term, but will eventually be consumed by the digital world. All DES need to do is manage the transition so this could be done with merger/joint venture. I guess they could wait and buy it cheap on the outgoing tide.)
