It gets worse.
Resolution 5 allows them to raise $M 1.2 from sops @ not less than 80% of vwap over a 5 day period.
So sops will get their shares for 0.4c
80% of let's say 0.5c vwap = 0.4c.
Those M300. shares back on the market
at 0.5c for a tidy 20% profit for sops.
Not much incentive for shareholders to pay 0.6 cents for their shares even with the 1 for 4 free option.
So what happens next?
