good luck to you. i dont think there is any hurry to jump in for now. i agree though, that it is undervalued. But most things are "undervalued" at the moment. CHF imho, is the most undervalued stock at the moment. their sp is slightly above their cash value. Have great businesses on the side. SOEs businesses are (i doubt) profitable. their recent profits are from trading - not from their businesses. They should, however, try to offload them by listing them to get their $$ back. under current climate, however, i doubt IPOs will maximize their returns. good luck again.
