I think you are missing the point here! FLT have been paying people below the award wage. That is illegal in this country. They are also been ripping off customers (like petrol stations and other retailers - but most regards this as unsustainable). This is across the entire business apparently not just a few locations. This is a serious issue that undermines investor confidence in the integrity of the company, its business model and its operating costs. It sounds like the company has been fine with taking advantage of young people, especially women, and placing pressure on them to rip off customers, and have been doing this for a VERY LONG TIME. This is at the core of the culture and model. It's toxic and comes from the top. Unsurprising to see the SP plummet.
