Mars here's some examples I know of.
1. Customer provides FC with passport to issue ticket, FC issues ticket with name mispelt, FC refuses to correct ticket spelling unless paid @$300 from memory.
2. Two customers book same flight with FC but FC issues tickets for two different flights, same destintion and day yet different departure times. Did FC correct this at it's expence or did the customer wear the expence? You guessed it.
3. Customer looks up a FC flight online then asks to book it yet FC staff say the flight at that price doesn't exist because they can't find it on their system? wtf?
I could go on but you get the gist.
