The price of a sensationalised media story is what we see today. There will always be disgruntled employees prepared to tell their "story" and always media wanting to hop onto a "scoop". When I bought my travel from the FC website, I didn't leave their office without them offering me information on the place I was visiting, brochures, etc. Certainly, a place I would buy travel from into the future.... were it not treating the public fairly, then it would not be as successful as it is today.
I look at percentages. Dozens of past FC complains? What proportion of employees would agree?
.0000001%? Possibly. Were some of these employees lazy, incompetent, slackers, prolific sick-leave takers, etc. All stories should be well balances. But, hey, it sells stories but the balance is not there.
