Agree that focus on the core needs to be the strategy, not acquisitions.
I see WiFi and VOIP as being a backward step into old technology (and FRX used to have a VOIP product as well and still somewhat does in the app, though it's not priced competitively) so wouldn't like to see NOR or UNL looked at.
Im sure FRX could give you a UK (Jersey) dial in if they wanted relatively easily. The customer base who is attracted to mobile roaming doesn't want to wander around trying to find a specific wifi network.
The airline deals are good, but you are really subject whether the third party wants to open up access.
