Management and the ex-FDA consultants will be taking their best stab at what the FDA require for approval.
They could be on the money, or totally off track.
They won’t know until they meet the FDA.
They even said it will take several weeks after the FDA meeting to determine what course of action they will take next.
The problem is nobody knows, and whilst I am pessimistic about their chances- they could well come out with a great result. However based on their lack of detail provided to the public, and the wording used by the FDA.. I personally don’t like their chances. My view is purely an educated guess.
With nothing more to go off, I am uncomfortable to put my hard earned cash on the casino table ... especially when half of it could evaporate overnight.
I’ll be ready to jump back in once clarity is provided.
