Yes true @stockrock ... hard to make an informed decision from what little we were told.
....IMO they must think that they have 'addressed' this issue in some way as one would assume they knew what 'confirmatory data' has now been requested in the CRL if they have responded by submitting a new "comprehensive package of information" as described in the latest Shareholder Update ?
You would also hope that if they have engaged the services of ex FDA staff professionals that they would ensure they have 'addressed' all issues raised in the CRL in this latest submission from other data they had on hand ? This new submission would be a pointless exercise otherwise ....
... not wanting to get anyone's hopes up but logically they must think they can address the 'data' requested in the CRL from the data they had on file otherwise why submit irrelevant information ... GLTAH
