I was surprised that Fleetwood went up to 2.20 so I was selling as they headed up there. Now I am surprised that they have fallen so much since yesterday's preliminary report so I am back in there buying. After all, their net tangible assets are $2.415 per share. They made an underlying profit even if it was small and now because of the Osprey deal, they have no debt at all and should also have several million of cash.
I think the share price should be somewhere in between these two crazy extremes of $2.20 and $1.455.
I am the buyer at $1.44 right now and have bought two parcels today at 1.48 and 1.46. If it keeps falling I will continue buying. That is the way I play this game.
