Found some interesting discussions concerning replacing aircraft

Other discussions (mostly older) on replacement issues with point made where smaller aircraft may expand to accommodate larger aircraft, or, chose fewer seats on aircraft so cabin staff not required.
Below 50 passengers seems strongly effected by economy of scale issues.
