I think it's quite reasonable for Origin Capital Finance be paid handsomely if they achieve a good deal. It is a recovery situation after all.
If Origin Capital Finance fail to raise the money it does reflect poorly on their judgement in taking on the challenge. Plenty of people here as well as larger shareholders will remember it. They certainly won't forget it.
