If Origin Capital Finance fail to raise the money it does reflect poorly on their judgement in taking on the challenge. Plenty of people here as well as larger shareholders will remember it. They certainly won't forget it.

Adding to this, Resource Capital Funds are etched into my memory. Will generally look at any stock funded by or working with RCF with a significant degree of trepidation and alarm.
