Well it only one day left before I would have pulled the pin and said, "this breakout just isn't going to happen" - but today it has.
Check your charts. Fosters needed a price sale to cross at 4.46 to break the upper resistance and at the moment we have it at 4.48.
First target - 4.75.
Once again the disclaimer - this is only one dudes opinion.
