Fish market trip, page-7

@DalyWaters - If that was the case this last time, then I'd be inclined to call ahead next time and if they don't have it on-hand then arrange a time that suits yourself (when they will). I'd tend to agree with @au_gurl_well 's comment "Apparently they're huge fish so mainly kept out back for wholesale and smaller ones are sold whole else not much left once filleted apparently." Since there are sizes between 1 to 5 or 6kg, but they said smaller sizes would sell well into Asia at some stage... Call and ask which size/price etc they got or when they get it in fresh or some may do frozen... PFD are food service and I'd say would stock frozen but haven't checked it all out.
The only thing I'd point out is that they are still on a very small stock compared to what they could grow it to.... and what they did the CR for... pushing growth hard. The value added production will be great. Honestly I haven't tried it.. every dollar I can get my hands on goes straight to my investments at this stage. Been extremely frugal, but in the future I'll get them regularly.. just a matter of time. Money in the market makes more sense at this point in time (atleast to me)!! GLTA
@DalyWaters -- Definitely don't be discouraged by the last visit. Make arrangements next time and get one to review for us. But eat some of it raw too@!!
