At fish markets in ACT today saw empty brochure holder for Hiramasa Kingfish. Asked staff about kingfish. Apparently they're huge fish so mainly kept out back for wholesale and smaller ones are sold whole else not much left once filleted apparently. Mulloway doesn't come in often. Lying out in front window of course is tuna snapper salmon. But kingfish is there and at one point advertised. Go the YTK!
