While I agreed with what the Browns were doing I didn't get around to voting. Partly because I have a small holding (145000 shares) but mainly because I didn't know how. Any I was wondering if these votes are able to be tampered with by the company and if so is there a way I can check if my shares were used in the vote without my permission. The apparent desperation of the BOD just had me wondering.
