I've given you a great analysis vote but with the proviso that the operating costs/T are dependent on the tonnes produced. So if there was a deliberate attempt to high grade it shouldn't be extrapolated.
They have made some effort to explain the high grade pod and their intention to blend to avoid losses.
However, I know from experience if you a see a patch of 'pit' floor that looks like a tarmac you say hey that's 50% HM (hubba, hubba).

Note too that because this thing is mined in sheets often by scraper it looks and acts more like a depression or hollow than a conventional pit with say 50 degree angle sides.
