    Hey Hoarding,

FGG was issued at $1.10 per share, but if you joined the IPO you also received an option, FGGO, to buy in future at $1.10. For speculative portfolios (like many of the punters on Hotcopper), the option could be a bargain at 4.5c, as FGG only needs to appreciate by 10c and you'll triple you money.

Most of the large insto's don't play with share options, so have sold them off.

FGG isn't trading at a discount to NTA as it has a lot of potential for quick growth, having IPO'd while the market is at a reasonable P/E. With Geoff Wilson, from Wilson Asset Management, heavily investing his personal money, and all the managers managing the money for free (0% Management Fees and 0% Performance Fees), as well as investing their own money, it should have a lot of beneficial conflicts of interest.

TGG, being managed by an International Manager (Templeton), will never be focused on the Franking Credits like FGG, who will be looking from an Aussie Post-Tax/Post-Fee perspective (because it's their money as well as ours).

    DYOR. Cheers
