Company directors should now be on alert as a corruption commission will potentially look at ASIC's performance, or there lack of, that for long has resulted in lack of proper response to the concern of SH's about their company directors. I guess/hope ASIC will now be more tentative or even attending cases that have been referred to it in the past.
