I like the look of the project but I'm not qualified to judge it. I think that I am qualified to make a call on the market. It looks to me like some big players are soaking up whatever loose stock is around and then gradually stepping up as supply at that price is exhausted.
I think this is only going one way. And if what BPO are saying is true then I can understand why it's going up.
