There are over 10 teams using Catapult products in the World Cup. Management said last year that they dropped the ball on the US deal but that they would not have competed anyway with Statsport for the 'contract'. Statsport had the opportunity due to a link between head people of US Soccer and their company. In any event the terms that they got were un competitive and it was impossible to make money from it. Similar story with Brazil who recently switched to Statsport ahead of the WC. They were given the product for free. Catapult were offered the same 'contract' but declined. Statsport would be hemorrhaging money and imo, removing purely gps tech, are not a complete product.
I am cautious in adding positions because I feel too close to this. I would love to buy more at 1.20 but I suspect another slower year ahead of the announcement with the exception being fantastic growth from Playertek and the prosumer (Off a low base)
