Same here. Had to sell a few a couple of months ago as the cash was needed elsewhere, but topped up @18c last week and took up my SPP allocation. Have more than before now and do not intend to sell at these prices.
Some of SIs might have more shares than they intend to hold, so it probably takes a bit of buying power to chew through them and when all the cheapies are gone, people have no choice but to pay up if they want some.
