Read in the papers that Clem7 needs 80,000 vehicles per day to meet its interest payments. During its toll free period the tunnel attracted 60-70,000 vehicles per day. This road certainly looks like it is going the same way as Sydney's cross city tunnel, ie. going to go broke. For the guy who asks what happens to the road, you are correct in saying that it doesn't close, it just means the road will be sold off to new owners at a much lower price than what the original investors paid for it.
