Which is similar to my view, though in fairness FCC also owns a decommissioned mill that may or may not be useful.
My concern is, FCC needs a lot of cold hard cash to achieve its stated ambitions. Load-bearing risk capital isn't cheap and will only become available when investors can see a clear way forward.
Overnight, FCC.V fell to $C0.27 -5.2% as people did the sums on the magnitude of the capital task ahead. I expect this to be replicated in FCC.ASX CDI's.
