    Existing camp and processing plant, so assume that these locations will be utilised/upgraded.

    Existing waste dump from previous operations, so again assume will be used again.

    Don't assume that these locations have been sterilized at all/properly. Best way to find an economic deposit is to build infrastructure... (realise later that you have built it on top of mineralisation).
