Perhaps the directors might like to lead the charge and buy 'truckloads' of shares at current prices......this might help to plug some of the holes that are perforating the hull of this sinking ship !!! OR....maybe the timing of the SPP offer....WITH some 'hint' of a positive announcement ???!!! I can't even mange to pay my bills on time...but I'm astute enough to see this offer hasn't come with a great deal of 'management acumen !'
