I think thy wamt a guaranteed 300,000 oz total in measured first, thats three years of 100,000 oz p.a. If they can shift 10% of inferred across they have that, and another 10% would get them to 5 years.
Just depends on their judgement of how much extra time and spend is required. I m pretty sure that if they think they start and can use revenue to do the spend and conserve the cash still remining will be the start.
