To support ongoing development towards commercial scale reactors, the NCF senior management team has been preparing materials and documentation to assist NCF Israel's Round B investment discussions.

In addition, NCF's senior management team are continuing the pursuit of potential partnerships and
commercial opportunities.

**These included discussions with large scale industrial, engineering and energy companies in Israel, Australia, Europe and the USA in regard to their technical support in the integration of NCF technology across several industries.

In parallel with these discussions, the team has also been invited to present at numerous international
conferences including:

• Israel Sustainable Energy Society Annual Meeting, Haifa (Israel)
