Management diverting shareholders money for their own hobbies is not acceptable to me. Makes me wonder who signed their expense claims for all that travel.I have no trust in management.

You comment that the balance sheet and P&L tell a pretty good story. Indeed they and their accountants may be the authors of a ripping yarn. However this is only of theoretical interest to shareholders.

If shareholders never get a dividend or shareprice appreciation it is of no use what so ever.
