so why the delay? Here is a theory.
just after the announcement of the merge TAG was 10.2 cents. 50 million shares times 10.2 approx. = 5.1 million. The value of EMC according to MO.
At the moment TAG worth 7.6 cents x 50 mill approx. 3.8 million.
The deal has dropped a long way!
So is there an announcement coming from TAG before end of aug to boost the price up of TAG so to make deal look better??? lets see what happens....
