If people want to read every piece of a website they will go to it rather than being given small quote after small quote which the poster doesn't understand.

Perhaps if CCE was able to explain how they will inside their buoy size install sufficient length of belting ( if that is their design) and suitable counterweights or springs to enable the full range of wave action they have previously spoken of?
This is the same range issue experienced with hydraulic units
Avoiding the financial drain and management issues of CCE won't make them go away.
No posters with marine or engineering backgrounds ever comments for good reasons now on CCE threads as there is a few elephants in the room at just about every level starting with less than IMO frank disclosure of basic information ..........
