I agree with you. However whats right and fair doesn't come into business. I used to think so, but have learnt the hard way, and not just from this experience, that as was advised to me some years ago that "if there is money involved don't trust anyone." Sorry if that sounds cynical, but unfortunately I have found it to be right on the mark.
To the point, and that what concerns me is the possibility that QUT would be more that happy to see TIS collapse and then from the dust and in control of the IP can simply form another company and with all the past experience to draw from, form another company, do an appropriate trial and get it approved for market.
We should all know well and truly by now that us retail investors are irrelevant fodder, and we should be immediately keep on the lookout for signs that the above may be on the agenda. But we still have x million in the bank so we aren't done yet.
I don't know the law about such things, and I hope I'm wrong and barking up the wrong tree and shown to be unfounded concern, but the world is full of bastards.
