Three years ago, revenue excluding closed King Content was $135m, market cap peaked at $1 billion with net debt $47m; institutions were all over ISD.
Currently, market cap is off 94%, down to $55m; many institutions exited, but US based fund-Gilead (30.8m with average cost $1.12/share), Spheria Asset Management (22m), Adam Smith Asset Management (14m) still hold.
Given new management team just arrived, and first sign of improvement, $55m market cap (EV $96m, EBITDA $22m), it should be a good bet. There’re many ASX speculative tech stocks bleeding cash but being valued at much higher than ISD.
