    If the SP went to 70 cents again in the very near term, I would probably take it.

    All hype with EFS has done jack to the SP considering some of acreage valuations that have been bandied around.

    I reckon they could have got a Texan Cadillac Dealer to spuike the sale better than the silent auction I am not seeing.
