Exactly. I stated months ago that a penny dreadful company attempting to acquire another penny dreadful company was destined for failure. With the Jubilee share price now at 3.38pence, they are struggling to keep their heads above water and will no doubt go into administration themselves in the not to distant future.

And to think, Jubilee share holders had the audacity to log into Hotcopper and spruik the deal of the century and rave about future returns. Where are those clowns now?

Combined with Macquarie attempting to srew everyone over, this has to be one of the worst managed attempted takeovers in history.
