What I like most is that we only have a cursory veiled "anticipation" that the columns will line-up in 2016.
No "certitude" here. Nothing teutonically dogmatic here!

In as much as the "Litigation Contracts in Progress" are mostly an 'anticipation' ... what? So we await a favourable court ruling to establish whether monospaced text will line up in 2016!
