There is a notable increase in volume recently comparative to how RES traded through the previous two flags. With positive news about Noble and RES announcing the CHPP contracts, there appears to be growing confidence that finance isn't far away. Wouldn't mind seeing a tight doji on very low volume today to close out the week.
