Well, when you use your NPV argument for valuing CH there should be many buyers willing to stump up slightly more than $4 mill for something worth $35 mill.
As this didnt happen, your NPV argument for the price of CH is incorrect....
The market can do the same as ATV plans but get the gold out 4 or so years earlier whilst only using the processing plant/equipment once
