Although you say PKO is capped at 1c, isn't it also guaranteed to return you 1c in the coming few months? Given that OXX have ensured they will buy them for that price at a minimum..
It's not often you see a rights issue set at a price higher than the SP. I probably wouldn't bother paying the current 0.9c for them but 0.8c seems like a half decent return.
Is my understanding correct or am I off here?
