    SYR up 7.47% today, but it's still neighbouring Tanzania... and exposed to a lot of the same risks, both politics and lack of infrastructure.

    It might be some movement into more stable Graphite miners, for those that managed to get out of MNS, ORR and KNL yesterday before the trading halts.
