we just had a spp not 3 months ago and money not yet put to use. toho has a standby loan for 40million earmarked for Rasp development not yet touched.
no need for spp atm.....imho
panorama is a j/v opportunity. money already spent on developing asset, it just needs money from an outside source to make it happen. j/v partner to pay.
imho, the bottom is in at 10c. directors topping up at 11c and now we need the greater market to take notice....
