Great project, but i'm also wondering why the 'ell its taking so long to get financing. Shouldn't be too far away hopefully.

May be a bit of weakness that comes from profit takers from the SPP which may hold it down, not that it needs any holding down as it seems to have been lacklustere for a fair while now (with an occassional spurt). I'll continue to be patient with this one because I feel that although it may take a while (which it has), when it decides to go, it will really go! Not sure what will trigger that though.
