Since all contracts will go to foreign engineers, the smaller local players will never get any contracts to a diminishing mining (no bonding facilities available) & they will all collapse one by one IMHO.... Very sad.
koran and spanish prices would always have been much lower than our local costs!
however, local workers and companies will always get some work!
