Not much I am afraid. A class action is the only way, that said a fellow HotCopperian stated that he/she contacted Maurice Blackburn and the outcome was that a class action was not possible. It might change, I don't know.
Alternatively, we, shareholders and ex-shareholders, can highlight the company's behaviour in the media and in forums like this one to warn future/current investors.
