Yes Rapper and Garyjj  I suspect you are probably correct that no one would sign a contract with NTC at this stage. My suspicions are that the sale is the perfect cover for the Board's ineptitude. Without the timid acceptance of this takeover bid, the failure of the 5G strategy would have been apparent to even the most trusting shareholder.  If NTC's 5G product development was leading edge AND if the management had the smarts to secure contracts then this takeover bid would have been rejected. Any other explanation is even more disturbing.
